Jur Koksma leads the Transformative Learning research program at Radboud University Medical Centre in the Netherlands. His group studies working and learning environments in health care and medical education, to understand how to foster imagination, creativity, and inclusion. Openness and perspective transformation are key concepts. Besides being a learning researcher-innovator, Jur is a poetry translator and tiger lover. And a merry married man as well and the proud father of two daughters.
